BHP (I think it was BHP, but stand ready to be corrected) previously attempted to mine Irvine. They got absolutely nowhere with the traditional owners, probably because they didn't believe in the concept I suspect, and gave up the rights.

I firmly believe that, but for the relationship that has been established with the Malaya, no-one would be mining Irvine.

It is simply a case that PLV, Tony in particular, has treated the Malaya with respect and negotiated in good faith. Now this is something that should always occur, but so often doesn't.

As to the cash position. In my opinion there will not be a capital raising that involves equity. Now that there is a good, proven, resource I would expect money to be no real problem. It will be a case of on what terms, I expect. Maybe it will be an offtake agreement with an upfront injection of cash, maybe debt? Who knows.

I just don't see the company going to the market for another issue of shares right now.
