If EMH were at risk of a takeover or trying for CR wouldn't they just buy on market - $60K isn't a huge cap tbh ?
I just think this is a perfect storm of Russian invasion uncertainties, lithium markets tanking, VW pulling out of potential deals and a failure to meet DFS timelines which the market hates.
IF EMH get this DFS out and its positive out those sell orders will disappear IMO
