TH, the measurement rule of a reverse head and shoulders measures the height from the lowest point of the head to the neckline...in this case 2.6c to 3.7c or a difference of 1.1c. That difference is then projected above the neckline so 3.7c +1.1c = 4.8c. So 4.8c is the target. We won't necessarily get all the way there but that is the theoretical target for now.....if we breakout.
