Exactly, A big expiry of options indeed. I recall being surprised at the strike price (I recall exec's prescribed large option bundles by amount than usual awards, but at a far higher strike so they would get them through at the AGM no doubt) and I suspect thought, like me, OCC would by now be trading well over the $0.583 strike price given the Bio Horizons/Henry Schein deal:
OCCAO : OPTION EXPIRING 14-OCT-2024 EX $0.583 16,730,000
Oh dear, so no big payouts unless they announce some very positive partnership news or the like before mid-October.
