    From the comments on page 2 of the announcement it looks like they did talk to the ILC Group but they did not want to increase their position (which must be well over 30% by now )...
    From those comments it does appear that ILC don't want to control the company...
    Certainly potentially leaves the door open for a new large player to enter the game...
