Now Now Nev. We could have a leader like Phoenix's who gives himself [sorry the board] $550K salary and 1M Heads [yes heads not options that require payment or incentive]. Lets face it PNX is a no longer an junior explorer its now a producer [well just about]. They are light-years ahead of CDU in the race to feeding the Chinese copper appetite [well ok that's a bit of stretch too as we wait for the DFS].
