Either its sovereign risk or market has it wrong
Personally i think its china play book, sell it down, offer a cheap takeover.
They missed one thing though, FIRB unlikely to let it pass
But thats ok, they will do a cheap as chips equity subscription whilst democratic nations keep pissing around with changing policy, inaction on the long term and just general short sightedness.
Disappointing short-term, but i stay firm on long term
Not buying anymore though until i see management backing the long term, sadly i think this new management is in it for a quick sale
