I think you are missing the point that management had continually promoted that the resource was going to be significantly larger than what ended up being reported. Whether or not this is the second highest copper grade is completely beside the point when management continually promoted it would be twice as rich as what the resource stated. How you can make a comment that small shareholders didn't rise to the occasion is beyond me and I am still happy to hold / buy.

Instead of pumping the stock with talk of 30 million tonnes at 3%, McCrae should have continually kept the market abreast with reporting problems such as the RC Drill not picking up nuggets and native copper issues. His hype created a false economy which crashed when he could not deliver evidence of the hype. Shareholders were expecting one valuation (resource) and received a valuation a lot less that this expectation hence the stock has fallen so much. It is hardly the fault of the small shareholder and with all due respect your comments could be offensive to those who feel they were misled especially if they were closed out by margin calls etc.

I actually believe that the RC Drills have not picked up all the nuggets and that the native copper is not fairly included in the resource. My problem with management is that these problems were foreseeable and should have been released to shareholders when they became evident. If expectations were managed better, credibility maintained I have no doubts the share price would be higher and many people would not have unnecessarily suffered.

I am bullish on CDU but let?s not put blinkers on to management's performance. Along with many other reasons if they are held to task over poor performance they will improve going forward.
