After AVZMINERALS, the Kazakhs of ERG (Boss MINING) in court before two arbitration courts against the DR Congo
What BLAME the CHINESE....LMAO.....
In the Democratic Republic of Congo, for more than two decades now, this now seems to be a practice for many international investors to defend their rights, especially in the mining sector, given the system which politicizes the management of the country's minerals, which favors a small part of Congolese often in conflict with power to the detriment of the poor population.
Despite contracts based on international standards, numerous agreements to change a regime or even not, are terminated, called into question where exploitation in the mines is blocked by practices which almost border on non-compliance with the rules and see even human rights.
Boss Mining, the joint venture between the Kazakhstan group, Eurasian Resources Group (ERG) established in Luxembourg of which the Kazakh government owns 40%, saw its activities suspended in May 2023 by the Minister of Mines, Antoinette Nsamba who had decided to forfeiture of the operating permits of Boss Mining and COMIDE in the Katanga area.
