Troydt likely knows this person from his work during the merger through hotcopper people. If you’d been a part of that group maybe you would have met them too. I support RhysT’s theory that you have an insider connection as you took the no vote personally. Only someone with a connection to a major shareholder, or the parties set to make millions from the merger, would’ve taken getting an extra 18% so personally.

The above is correct. I introduced them.

There is absolutely nothing nefarious going on. Nothing.

A major AVL+ shareholder spoke to the AVL+ board and asked about sounding out other shareholders if they were interested in a scheme to install VSun produced batteries at their homes or workplaces - at their own expense.

Obviously shareholder personal information is confidential. Of course AVL+ won't give out yours or anyone else's info

It was those shareholders who got together to oppose the 12:1 ratio who shared their contact info with other shareholders privately so that decisions on votes etc could be shared quickly and feedback could be reviewed. SO ONLY THESE PEOPLE KNOW ABOUT IT AS EVERYONE ELSES INFO IS UNKNOWN BY THIS SHAREHOLDER AND THEREFORE THEY CANNOT BE CONTACTED.

The ability to join those shareholders and share ALL info was made available to everyoneby simply joining the TMT group that Troy headed up.

The HotCopper group only knew who the other 'anti 12:1' shareholders were because we grouped together.

You throw names around without knowing why or what they did or did not do when it is simple to find out for yourself.

There were 4 main groups opposed who went public with nearly 23% of TMT shares in total.

A 5th group also opposed - another 3% but did not want to go public.

Of course 'advisors' contacted these groups about the requirements they would need to change from 'NO' to 'YES'. RCF wanted this merger done and dusted!

The figure came back at 14:1 hence the revised offer at that ratio, which of course was accepted.

The groups are easily worked out as 75% of them were named and 'shamed' in the SOA booklet (which i why I say this info is public domain).

I'm not going to defend Troy, as he is quite capable of doing so himself but I have no idea why you are frankly being so irrationally behaved about all this.

You got 2 extra shares. A major AVL+ shareholder is trying to get other shareholders to buy, install and promote AVL batteries at their own expense.

And for some reason you decide to throw abuse at the people who got you those extra shares, and the person (s) trying to promote the business out of their own pockets.

If being on here upsets you, maybe think about taking a break away from it eh?
