Rumour has it that a single buyer wanted 2-3m shares at about 20c. Suspect that this person came in acquired their shares in the first hour pushing the price up, then the "day traders" jumped in and then momentum died..... and some of the day traders needed to realize their position before close.
In any event, if the above rumour is true, the person who bought 2-3m shares at 20c didn't buy them because they thought they were worth 19c (of if they did it would be very strange....).
