Yes, a pity the deal couldn't have been consummated earlier, before all the mischievous shenanigans and fear-mongery saw G88 so badly and really quite unreasonably oversold.

On the other hand, the raising is at a premium, there are no vexatious additional options, and I believe these guys have deep pockets, are well-connected, and are eager to support the Company's projects in various ways going forward.

As a cornerstone, its holding will be tightly held, so the free-float of shares remains reasonably tight.
