Geez Tonkin and SLR are hopeless.
When you look at the botched Gwalia deal, they only successed in torching about $200M of their market cap and drew the market's attention to their desperately short mine lives and the need to do M&A.
And since their TO of RED was announced (and let's be honest, that's what is really intended here), all they've done is p*ss off both sets of shareholders and torch about $100-200M of market cap in both companies.
Tonkin is toxic.
