Once again, your optimism is commendable, and I understand the long-term perspective, which is being determined by the shareholders at the EGM next Monday.
However, your assumption about major shareholders participating in the capital raising seems presumptive. It suggests a rights issue, but it's not clear if it's solely that, a combination with a placement or a placement.
Could you shed some light on how major shareholders are expected to participate?
Also, any insights on why the company chose to announce the capital raising just a couple of days before the EGM? If the disclosures within the 31/1 Appendix 4c showed 4.03 quarters of funding.
Waiting for a couple more business days would have been better governance given it would have allowed more clarity and avoided potential interference with the ongoing shareholder decision-making process at the EGM i.e., should shareholders opt for a different exec and company's direction than the reactive strategic review completed by the current exec. The timing feels super curious and questionable.
