2.1 billion yen equates to about 21million AUD going by Kaken data for cost of ecclock at $46 USD/$70 AUD for about a fortnight supply.
That comes to about 300,000 fortnightly scripts or 150,000 monthly doses or somewhere between 11,000 and 14,000 patients.
At $500 USD per month that's $75,000,000 gross revenue for just a small % of the available market.
USA is a much larger population in numbers and in size ( bigger armpits will probably use product faster).
This is going to be big.IMO
