Non-legally binding agreements are generally not worth the paper they're written on. It would be good if NRZ management could clarify the status of the Term Sheet.

The Samsung deal isn't worth anything without the go ahead from the Gov regarding the project.

If it were full steam ahead and near enough to production you'd think there shouldn't be any issue selling urea.
