The State Governments (in all States) need to start sacking a few Judges, and put ones that are harder into the seats

State Governments should work closer with the Federal Government to deport repeat offenders as well.

Agreed, but a quick step would be for the politicians to legislate to take away the discretion to grant bail by the judges based on the crime.
