One way or the other you'd expect some explanation to the market in terms of an official ASX announcement is required on this one. Given the suspension appears to have been from the 2nd and probably didn't come out of the absolute blue to AVZ and it's lawyers on that day, surely this should be...dare I say it....imminent?

Otherwise if this drags into next week with ongoing radio silence I'd suggest that it should be viewed as just another example of poor disclosure by our management.
