As a top 20 holder you are in a good position to get some answers. Can you see if you can get them to explain how they are going use the money and what cost savings they are implementing to make this raise go far enough to build revenue to a reasonable size? Perhaps they need to reduce the US sales team to a size that is more financially manageable group, which will slow growth but better than becoming insolvent.
