CEO Salary for Lenny Jubber is on $400K pa + super - Is he worth it..?
He get an additional $150K for finalising a +ve BFS and bringing a finance partner on board.
I come from the corporate world and understand what needs to be paid to attract decent people, but,
I really aint seen much yet, agreed if he achieves his bonuses we should be in the money but if it goes past 60c - he will be a multi!!
No wonder there seems like there is no pressure on within this company, you would fall over the performance hurdles granted.
