Qoka, appears to be from Guolian Securities. They have been quoted saying 'NdPr oxide is likely to see an 800-metric-ton deficit globally in 2024, flipping from last year's 6,600-ton surplus'
Basically, consensus is (and I'm a firm believer of this) that we have bottomed out, and things will look rosier from now on (of course not without ups and downs).
Vestas is on Bloomberg soon, hoping they will discuss 2024-25 outlook.
