    As well as officially announcing the name of the buyer wouldn't it also be relating to the second closure sale of 1920 acres for US$6.2million + the other 1339 acres @ US$4.4million and the resolution of the remaining 1000+ acres?

    Only another US$10+ million in the coffers of our under-valued little gem
