    Don't think the name of the buyer warrants a TH, especially the genie was already out of the bottle.

    They didn't have TH even when the $63 million closure was announced, let alone the remaining 6Mil.

    SSN ever had 3 THs in the last 4 years in which they were all related to SPP or Rights Issue.

    This time it is specifically relates to the Goshen County Transaction.
