if you look at it, from yesterday, the on market volumes seemed to be low and price steadying. And today, he got an extra 2 million suggesting off market transferring. Even post office couldn't work that fast, indicating either HSBC or JP Morgan or Citi offloaded it, since they are the only 3 other than Tic got that amount as a fund to have that volumes. The volume looks to me coming from HSBC or JP Morgan.
Hence, if individual accounts don't swing, he at max will stop at 86% range even by combining forces of 3 funds.
