It sounds like it'll be 2026 before they will pay a dividend again as they won't be liable for tax before then and won't be finished paying for the aircraft they've already ordered until then - seems like they haven't bedded down finance as yet for aircraft already ordered resulting in the auditor issuing a 'matter of emphasis' statement.
