I read it that Marsman86 is just saying mouth dryness could well be a likely minor side-effect as reported, as SB gel was also being tested in a study to prevent hypersalivation, for good reason. Neither BOT nor Kaken will benefit directly from that study as BOT only has the rights exclusively in the field of hyperhidrosis as you mention.
