I guess that is where we differ. SOI not an issue for me. MC is direct correlation to SOI x SP. Agree there hasn’t been any great volume in years after the overvaluation period of all Tech companies in early 2021 during peak Covid times. However if those type of volumes come back to SPX (200-300M) days the SP will move pretty quickly north. Xero is great I use it for my current business. Simple and quick however it still requires manual reconciliation with invoicing and expenses. I still have to upload pdfs and manual enter suppliers details. Then reconcile everything against cash at bank. The great thing about Spenda is that it is all automated as long as buyer and seller both use the software. Saves so much time and hassle, hence its great for B2B franchises.
