For what is worth, thats the beauty of a TH, we're all in the dark till friday.
Given SSN's past performance formal process on the ASX (very few TH's) and the're record to date i expect Chesapeake are pulling the strings on the anouncement.
They wanted confidentiality and now they want a TH for their formal announcment, though there's more to it, these guy's are massive in the US and who's to say they don't already have results in the Goshen County either directly or indirectly!. Silent results or new ones to be released. Do they have results they want to announce on Friday with SSN to T off the completion of the buy/sale transaction and the start of an intense drilling program.
No doubt about this, this is huge.
On the flipside TB has been meeting with insto's in NY, Boston, Chicago, is there also an insto buyin at completion of this transaction that he want's to announce too. Just a few thoughts worth exploring
