Well that's an issue right across the market and especially in Financial Services but the issue here is not the quantum but the ties to performance and measurement.
The last guy oversaw a 38% rout in the share price in just the last year. In stead of being issued new shares at a discount he and the board should have been forced to take mine at cost!
