If there is a takeover offer, shareholders will gladly accede. The company seems to have lost all momentum.
- No new contracts
- broken leaky pipeline
- no real return on the investment into Silverlink, forgotten already as over-reach
- cash burn / too many employees
- customising the installations seems too labour intensive
- management appear ineffective, unable to stem the rot
I'm mostly out, and will just hold a few as a reminder of my mistake.
