I'll add below from Tim(23Q4) about 24Q1 & 24Q2 expectations.
The main difference is coverage is a lot greater than expressed below.

My key takeaway from 24Q2 conference call.
Following the same path but with better focus on facilities that have medical leadership in lymphedema, population and the wealthier locations will support better pricing & multiply units in the 7 high priority states at critical mass now and another 4 expected by April 2024. FY25 starts in 5 months.
In summary the sales team is in place( SVP has a decade of contacts & selling experience at IPD), target states identified, and the focus is on high pay off facilities.
This does not sound like people running around like headless chickens to me.
