As far as I knew that grant money - amongst other criteria - depended on AVL collaborating with ATCO on a green hydrogen project (new location not yet disclosed after the old one was pipped?) and using some of the funds to access Bryah’s mining waste ponds to see if critical minerals can be extracted from the tailings?
