1/ The shares to CR participants haven't been issued yet. So there's no WIN for them yet 2/ Anyone selling today are NOT entitled to their entitlement, so anyone selling today isnt interested in selling to PAY for entitlements they are not entitled too
IMO It's basically just existing holders thinking once shares are issued that participants are going to slam their heads to $0.013/$0.014 and gamble with their free options, the listed options should offset the pip or two loss.
