The interest issue, progress, payments and outstanding liability are very opaque.
Did they not fully account for it as a liability after the dismissal of the application? I thought the pain from the interest write off was over, but I might be wrong if they have held back paying it off until any further application, or to defer it into a different financial year. If they have not paid it all off, they should be getting cheap finance from their bank to do so.
