From the superimposed charts, it looks like the MSOS ETF suffered more over the longer term than ECS, but has performed better than ECS in recent weeks, forming a more defined breakout chart.

This Wikipedia article about the painful, drawn-out efforts to get cannabis rescheduled from schedule 1 to schedule 3 is interesting to read… Very sad and very stupid story there.
