the only question is how far will the formal report follow the acceptance of responses, the letter of the policy says 6 weeks.... but the EPA seems to work in epochs, not weeks. if it makes it to the minister with recommendation to support, i reckon that would be 2 weeks max for sign off as Bruce and Co will be on the phone daily which will save some time in the estimates by a month or so.

Great find Blister, at least that supposedly puts to bed the EPA potentially asking for revisions and drawing this out even longer. If the EPA are happy to pass it to the Feds, it seems they are content with the responses.
