SPP shares are not issued until 12th March, over a month away.
These drawn out raisings usually stifle any positive motion over that period and almost invariably provide good opportunity to pick up stock beneath the 13.5c issue price.
There will be a rush of blood now and then but reality tends to sink it eventually
