I am certain the new board will be looking at every move these two have made in the past 2-3 years and documenting every time they broke their fiduciary duty. @AdamWest, feel free not to join the class action. From where I sit these two "loaning" $5m to a biohub whose management have close connections is way too close to dodgy activity.
