I have no doubt that if PL5/PL6 is successfull this will do very well but it is CLEAR the true insiders are hedging their bets
Also Ting is not on the board, you will never know if he sells none, some or all his holding. Thus it is better for the CTO to not exercise at all then nobody has any room to speculate
In the end these things that the insiders do reflects either positive or negative on the company's prospects. The market has a tendency to take a negative view first and foremost. The true insiders should make sure it doesn't even come to that
