    @kiwig - yes, my error. It doesn't "Close" on the 9th, its "Purpose" will be announced on the 9th.
    Gosh, I wonder what the purpose of the CR will be?

    Irrespective, I think its pretty cheeky for a BoD to announce a CR literally days before a major shakeup of the Board where the Exec Chair may/may not be toppled.
    Do you not see that timing as somewhat unusual?
