Then when we start pulling in results from our 1st Niobrarian well, we're off to our next level which I see as 30c this time next year.

Hold for the ride on this one folks, take your profits, but hang around cos there will be lots of fun for the next 24 months at least. Sticks, I know you can do it.

For the contrarians, the very, very worst case is for some reason the sale is completely called off, it only really sets us back 6 months, maybe a raising, but we own 40,000 acres of Niobrara again. I just cant find how this could be negative.
