If no ESS shares issued, SOI ~198M at $600M market cap, SP would have been $3. But it is what it is, they will have to create value somehow to make up for the Li faux pas. Volume has fallen to a trickle, mad sell-off seems to have abated. Holding pattern for now until the news drops?
Not sure if this has anything do with DVP, but MAC listing on ASX 20-Feb. Hopefully Mick do us a solid.
