More accurately, for the 372k oz of gold deliveries that have been contracted so far at average REFERENCE PRICE of USD $1900.83, QUANTUM will pay Besra 85% after 10% discount and 5% pre-payment or USD 1900.83 × 0.85 = USD $1615.70 for each oz, regardless of what the spot gold price at the time of delivery at that point in time in 2025/2026 is. All have been locked in now at REFERENCE PRICE of USD $1900.83 per oz for that 372k oz contracted. That 5% pre-payment won't change in nominal term and that 10% discount won't change in nominal term. That is it.
