I think the time horizon to close the gap on 'better value' between those two options is much much shorter than that, Especially since a Ph3 in PMD and approval would likely be completed at least 5 years prior to your 10 yr comment and would represent the possibility of a MC at least 10x higher from here. Market is also forward looking and will price in some of the potential (of both that and all the other indications) long before it is approved and there are $$$ in the bank.
