I have created a new account, because the old account jinxed me!
I went to San Jose to visit my family members and at the same made a request to pay the 4DS team a visit, but I to date I have not received a reply from DM,

Could someone kindly provide us with some insights into the possible caused of a spike up then a drop down to negative territory!
