SQC are investing $2million because they are significant customers/ technology partners in the Silicon enrichment side of the business. This investment will be used to further develop and expand the processing of silicon for SQC and there quantum computer development program.
SQC will be issued $2mil of share at the !0day VWAP. The question is how many share will the be issued with.
Put $4.05 right out of your head because not one share will be issued to them for that price. SQC are strategic business partners, they will not be selling any of the share they will be issued with. We need them and they need us. It is a win win. There will be buying opportunities on the dips from the normal profit taking of the market but not because of your theory.
