They've been trying to commercialise the BCB for so long, the IP protection is expiring.
The cash flow would have to go towards paying down the JV debt.
What concerns me is during both low prices and high prices, nobody cares to use it.
If anything, saying South Africa was the ONLY market for the technology was disappointing.
I was hoping for a return to discussions with Peabody.
