    The prices are depressed at present however if the full scoping study is read then one understands that they have deliberately and openly done this because demand is expected to outstrip supply resulting in a return to higher prices.

    Also, with the western world wanting to shift away from China due to geo-political risks, they would be willing to pay some level of premium for that.
