I am absolutely not a scientist - furthest thing from it to be honest.
I have a feeling though that I read somewhere that Water Vapour is a more problematic greenhouse gas than Carbon Dioxide and it actually causes a genuine greenhouse effect.
Again, could be totally wrong and I dont know the motivations of the person writing the article - could have been a battery energy fluff piece.
Got me thinking though that if cars are going to run off hydrogen in the future, perhaps there is some way the water vapour could be captured and stored in a tank on the vehicle and then when you fill up with hydrogen, there is a separate nozel that empties your tank of condensed water vapour, which is liquid water and then possibly fed back into our water system/supply.
I know that might seem fanciful and it probably is but got me thinking about how it could serve a dual purpose - could help alleviate droughts or water supply issues etc.
