    They waive it as a non issue because it doesnt align with the hope that this sells for billions in a short time frame.

    Hey Marge we are likely to enter into talks with Samsung to acquire this for $5 billion i'd guess, by Jan 2025, your shares will be worth $4 each then, do you think you can wait to sell them then? No? You want 10c for them? Oh ok sure go ahead...
